Order a replacement certificate online.

Enter your information below and pay the $35 fee. Once payment is received, we will confirm that your original certificate exists in our database and send your replacement.

Replacement certificates will be sent ONLY to the driving school owner's email in our database. If no owner email was entered during the registration, then and only then will the student's email be eligible to receive the replacement certificate.

Please allow 24-72 hours for a response. Keep in mind, we are not the only provider that offers these courses.

Enter the information below EXACTLY as it appears on your Florida driver's license. Once the official replacement certificate is emailed there will be no refunds. If you are unsure that you took your certificate class with us, please call 772-220-0510 or email info@modernapproaches.com. Once we confirm you are in our database, you will need to return back to this page to purchase the replacement certificate.

If we cannot find you in our database based on the info that you entered, we will call and email you to inform you and give you the opportunity to amend your information. If you still cannot be found or did not attend a class with us, then a refund will be processed on the card that you paid with (minus $5 processing fees) within 24-72 hours. You will be charged $5 and no replacement certificate will be issued.

Any replacement certificate requested for a DPAS, 8-hour refresher, or 32-hour certification course WILL ONLY BE SENT TO THE OWNER of the already existing driving school, regardless of who paid for the class. This is because the owner of the already existing driving school will need to file the appropriate paperwork with the state for the person who completed any DPAS, 8-hour refresher, or 32-hour certification course to become, remain, or be reactivated as a certified driving instructor legally for the state of Florida. The ownership of this certificate then becomes an issue to be resolved solely by the person who takes the class and the owner of the existing driving school, and not a decision by Modern Approaches To Traffic Safety or its owners. Otherwise, ONLY IF you have started driving school will you be considered the owner and eligible to receive a replacement certificate.
