This State Instructor 3 Day course is from 9am-5pm DO NOT SHOW UP LATE and is for a BLUE CARD for state instructors that are first time applicants, a person who had a temp Gray Card (from DPAS course) but it will expire after 6 months or a person who was previously certified but have allowed their 5 year certification to lapse. You DO NOT NEED to do the DPAS course before attending this class. The Blue Card trumps the Gray Card as far as importance goes.

If you have been certified in another state, you may not have to take this course. The Division of Driver Licenses in Tallahassee will make the determination if you have to take this course, the 8- hour course, or if they will accept your out-of-state certification.

Please read and acknowledge the following statements and conditions

You must present a valid drivers license with photo

You will be given an end of course examination consisting of at least 50 questions. You must answer at least 80% of them correctly to successfully complete this course and recieve your certificate.

You must complete 15 minutes of student teaching and the required homework BEFORE ARRIVING which will be sent to you 2-3 days after your registration.

Failure of course will require $50 fee for the entire 32 hour course.

M.A.T.T.S. Cancellation/Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it can not be refunded in full. Transferring to another class costs (25%) of purchase + Paypal charges and cancellation of class costs (50%) of purchase + Paypal charges is allowed up to 14 days prior to your scheduled class. After 14 days prior there are no transfers or cancellations allowed and (100%) of purchase price is charged. Once a class is actually attended but not completed for any reason no refunds are available. There are no refunds (0%) if you are late to a class.
